Albert Memeti was born in 1992 in Poland. In 2014 he got a bachelor degree in vocal studies at Music Academy in Bydgoszcz, and later, in 2017, always under the guidance of Prof. Wojciech Maciejowski he earned a master degree in vocal studies at Poznan Music Academy.
During the season 2015/16 he attended the Young Artists Program at National Opera Theatre in Warsaw, and during the season 2017/18 he will be a member of the Opernstudio at Oper Graz taking part to the productions of Il viaggio a Reims and of Le nozze di Figaro.
In 2017 he was awarded with the third prize at the International Ada Sari Vocal Competition.
During the season 2016/17 he performed Macbeth (Malcolm), Boris Godunov (Krushchov and Boyar from Kromy), Die Fledermaus (Alfred), Bock's Fiddler on the Roof (Motel), Dido and Aeneas (Sailor) at Poznan Opera. He was soloist in Moniuszko's Litany of Ostra Brama No. 2 and No. 4, Zeidler's Missa in D, Mozart's Litaniae Lauretanae and Coronation mass with Poznan Philharmonic.
His previous engagements include: Cimarosa's L'impresario in angustie (Gelindo) in Poznan and Kalisz, Mozart's Apollo et Hyacinthus (Oebalus) in Bydgoszcz, Schubert's E flat major mass in Konzerthalle C. Ph. E. Bach in Frankfurt and with Bydgoszcz Philharmonic, de Falla's La vida breve in Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz.
Among the main titles of his repertoire: Il barbiere di Siviglia (Almaviva), L'italiana in Algeri (Lindoro), L'occasione fa il ladro (Alberto), Don Giovanni (Don Ottavio), Die Zauberflöte (Tamino), Idomeneo (Idamante), L'elisir d'amore (Nemorino).
His oratorio repertoire include: Bach's Magnificat, Haendel's Messiah, Rossini's Petite messe solennelle and Stabat mater, Mozart's Requiem, Coronation Mass and Litaniae Lauretanae.
