Lenka Èermáková studied solo voice with at Brno Conservatoire, and then continued her studies at the Janáèek Academy of Music and Performing Arts (JAMU) in Brno under doc. Mgr. Art. Marta Beòaèková, as well as studying at the Vocal and Music Education Master’s Degree Program at Palacký University in Olomouc. She is currently studying with the soprano Christina Vasileva.

She regularly works with vocal-instrumental ensembles specialized in repertoire of the 17th and 18th Century (Ensemble Inégal and Prague Baroque Soloists). She took part to baroque and classical operas and oratorios (Hasse: La Clemenza di Tito – Annio, modern world premiere, Baroque theater Czech Krumlov, 2011). She attended various courses and singing competitions Masterclasses in Carlsbad, Maestro Antonio Carangelo Master Singing Courses, International Masterclasses in Brno, Interpretive consultation under the leadership of Gabriela Beòaèková, Peter Dvorský as well as Jiøí Kotouè.

As part of the JAMU chamber opera in Brno, she portrayed Dorabella (Cosí fan tutte), the French customs officer in Berg’s opera European tourism, Eve (Veselohra na mostì), Rosina (Il barbiere di Siviglia), Angelina (La cenerentola), Coronide in the opera under the same name Vít Zouhar directed by Linda Keprtová. She made her debut in 2013 at the State opera company in Košice, Slovakia, in Nabucco in the role of Fenena, as a guest in Košice she took part to Dialogues des Carmelités, directed by Linda Keprtová winner of the DOSKY award for Best Director in Slovakia in 2013, Nabucco (Fenena), Rigoletto (Maddalena), production awarded the audience NAJ opera in the 2012/2013 season.

In the 2013/2014 theatrical season she has been engaged as a soloist at the State Opera Company in Košice (La sonnambula, La traviata, Cherubino in Le nozze di Figaro, Carmen, Dryade  in Ariadne auf Naxos, Lola in Cavalleria rusticana, Manon Lescaut, La Cenerentola).

In the season 2014/2015 has been a guest soloist with the Janáèek Opera of the National Theatre in Brno ( Martinù: Miracle of Mary – Panna pošetilá, Alt, Carmen, Janacek : Její Pastorkyòa – Barena).

In the season 2015/2016 has been a guest soloist at the National Moravian – Silesian Theatre Ostrava (Martinù: Drei Wünsche – Lilian Nevermoore/Nulle, Smetana: Braniboøi v Èechách – Dìèana) and State opera Prague (Madama Butterfly – Suzuki).

In the 2016/2017: Katya Kabanova – Varvara with Janacek opera festival Brno 2016 directed by Robert Carsen; La Gioconda (La Cieca) and Le Comte Ory (Isolier) - Brno; Madama Butterfly (Suzuki) - Prague.

In 2018 she will be Cherubino in Le nozze di Figaro in Prague.
