Lyric soprano, Luisa Tambaro was born in Naples in 1989.
She studies at Conservatorio "G.B. Martini" in Bologna where she graduated under the guidance of Marina Gentile, later she attend the Scuola dell'Opera at Teatro Comunale in Bologna, where in 2019 she debuted Violetta in La traviata, conducted by Renato Palumbo and streamed by Rai Radio 3.
In 2015 she won the International Competition "Arte Incanto", prized for her timbre and stage presence. In the same year she made her debut as Contessa in Le nozze di Figaro at Teatro Rossini in Pesaro.
In 2018 in Bologna she is cover for the roles of Blanche in Les Dialogues des Carmélites e Amelia Grimaldi in Simon Boccanegra presso. Finalist in several competitions such as "Voci Verdiane" in Busseto, "Opera de Tenerife" in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and "Iris Adami Corradetti" in Padova. Among other debuted roles at Teatro Comunale in Bologna: Lauretta in Gianni Schicchi e Elisabetta di Valois in Don Carlo, conducted by Michele Mariotti.
Her international debut was as Mimì in La bohème at Daegu Opera House, in Corea.
In Germany, at the theatre of Koblenz she debuted Leonora in Il Trovatore and the title role in Luisa Miller, this one in 2021 conducted by Mino Marani.
She is graduated in Musicology at Alma Mater studiorum - University of Bologna. She speaks fluently English, French and German.
