
Manuel Pierattelli began his vocal studies with Marco Lazzara and get his degree in singing at Conservatorio Niccolò Paganini in Genova, at present he studies with Eugenio Fogliati.
He approached ancient opera singing in King Arthur by H. Purcell in Firenze staged by A.GI.MUS for Festival Lodoviciano (MN). Later he sang the tile role in L’inganno scoperto and Ademira, both by Andrea Luchesi, and recorded by Tactus.
At Teatro Municipale in Piacenza he sang the title role in L’amor mugnaio by Giuseppe Nicolini, recorded and produced by Bongiovanni.
He has been awarded with the first price and with a special price as best Haendel interpreter at IV International Competition of Vocal and Chamber Music in Vercelli.
Sacred repertoire: Requiem and Coronation Mass k317 by Mozart, the oratorio Ester in Hebrew by Giuseppe Lidarti at Teatro Bibiena in Mantova and the Petite Messe Solennelle by G. Rossini.
He debuted Lindoro in L’italiana in Algeri, Nemorino in L’Elisir d’amore and Ernesto in Don Pasquale at Teatro Verdi in Castel San Giovanni (PC).
He performed Il filosofo di campagna at Piccolo Festival in Friuli Venezia Giulia, directed by Stefano Vizioli.
He took part in Candide and La fille du regiment at Teatro Carlo Felice in Genova, conducted by Riccardo Frizza.
In 2011 he is Nemorino in L’elisir d’amore at Teatro Carlo Felice in Genova, conducted by Christopher Franklin, directed by Filippo Crivelli and costume designer Santuzza Calì. He debuted Arlecchino in Pagliacci conducted by Fabio Luisi and directed by Franco Zeffirelli.
In 2012, La fanciulla del West in Montecarlo.
