He debuted at Metropolitan in New York the role of Amonasro in Aida, Don Carlo in La forza del destino, Tonio in Pagliacci and Rigoletto. He performed Don Carlo in La forza del destino with Maria Guleghina and Salvatore Licitra at Carnegie Hall.
Among his recent engagements: Amonasro in Aida in Toledo and Charlotte, Tonio in Pagliacci in New Orleans, The high Priest in Samson et Dalila, and his debut in the main role of Der Fliegende Hollaender in Liege.
In 2014 he will be Amonasro in Aida in Liege.
