Sabrina Sanza

Soprano

Born on 24/06/1996 in Naples, she begins to study music at the age of twelve under the guidance of Giovanni Aprea. She graduates in vocal studied with the highest marks and cum laude at the Conservatorio in Napples in 2018 with Daniela del Monaco.

She had masterclasses with Flavio Colusso, Giulio Zappa, Aldo Sisillo, Federico Longhi, Paoletta Marrocu, Tiziana Fabbricini, Richard Barker, Giovanni Tangucci. She attended the Academy for young singers at Teatro Coccia in Novara, where she debuted as Lauretta nel Gianni Schicchi directed by Davide Garattini. In 2019 she debuted Gilda in Rigoletto at Teatro spazio 89 in Milan directed by Gianmaria Aliverta.

At the Court theatre at Reggia di Caserta and at the Ermitage Museum in St. Petersburg she performed Idalide in Vergine del sole by D.Cimarosa, conducted by Fabio Mastrangelo with Orchestra "The St. Petersburg Northen Sinfonia".

She debuted Serpina in La serva padrona with “Festa teatrale il genio di Paisiello alle corti d’Europa.

She debuted Musetta in La bohème with the Orchestra of the Conservatorio San Pietro a Majella.   

She took part to the masterclass “Vaccaj l’allievo prediletto di Paisiello” with Flavio Colusso, taking part to concert in Naples at Sala Martucci and at Museo Real di Capodimonte.

In 2019 she won the International Competition “Tommaso Traetta”, and she was awarded with the prize of the critique at the International Competition “Salice d’oro-special edition 2019”.

She received a scholarship from the Enrico Toti association at third edition of the competition.
